About the job :
- Analyze wealth management market differences across SEA (, Philippines trust structures vs. CIMB cross-border wealth models).
- Translate client needs into Avaloq-specific positioning frameworks covering CLM, portfolio management, SAA / TAA, structured products, credit, and trust modules.
- Build accelerators / templates for consultants to reuse in client workshops and RFP responses.
- Partner with engagement teams to design Avaloq-powered solutions aligned to client strategy.
- Support RFP / RFI responses, demos, and workshops with clear articulation of Avaloq’s differentiators in the client context.
- Produce country-specific strategy playbooks (, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam).
- Define bank archetypes (universal banks, private banks, NBFCs, SFOs / MFOs) and map Avaloq solutions to their pain points.
- Contribute to knowledge base, marketing, and practice development with point-of-views on wealth trends.
- Train consultants on Avaloq modules & positioning.
- Establish arepeatable solutioning methodology for pre-sales
- Track record of creating client-facing solution frameworks and business positioning documents.
- Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders in banks or wealth managers.
- Exposure to business case development, TOM design, and RFP / RFI support.
You :
5–8 years in wealth management consulting, Avaloq solutioning(preferred or any other wealth platform), or pre-sales in core banking / wealth tech.Hands-on knowledge of Avaloq modules (esp. CLM, portfolio mgmt, SAA / TAA, structured products, credit & trust) is a plus.Strong understanding of wealth management client segments (HNW / UHNW, mass affluent) and regulatory nuances in SEA.Exceptional ability to translate technical features into business value.Strong storytelling and presentation skills for senior client audiences.Comfortable leading workshops, demos, and solution pitches,Entrepreneurial mindset – able to build a new practice capability.Ability to bridge Avaloq depth with regional wealth trends.Willingness to travel across SEA for client engagements.We :
