We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Bancassurance division specializing in Health Insurance. The successful candidate will drive sales initiatives, manage bank relationships, and work closely with bank staff to promote our health insurance products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for bancassurance in health insurance.
- Manage relationships with bank partners to enhance sales opportunities.
- Train and support bank staff on health insurance products and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance or health insurance.Strong knowledge of health insurance products and bancassurance models.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Skills Required
