• Owning brand reputation management across Reddit, Twitter, Quora, Discord, Telegram, blogs, and forums.
• Leading community engagement and growth initiatives through campaigns, AMAs, influencer tie-ups, and interactive content.
• Running data-driven growth experiments and A / B tests to boost engagement and sentiment.
• Building and deploying automation tools, dashboards, and bots to streamline monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborating with PR, Marketing, and Growth teams to craft narratives and drive positive sentiment at scale.
