Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

  • Manage and maintain client-specific data for the Merchandising Department.
  • Prepare and update daily / weekly / monthly reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Attend clients during their visit to the Head Office.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support merchandising team with data analysis for order tracking, costing, and client follow-ups.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all reporting activities.
  • Perform routine back-office activities including documentation, record keeping, and coordination with other teams.
  • Create dashboards and summary reports for management review.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from the merchandising department or management.

Key Competencies :

  • Advanced Excel : Strong command of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation.
  • Data Accuracy : High attention to detail for error-free reporting.
  • Analytical Ability : Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets for actionable insights.
  • Communication : Effective verbal and written communication for report presentation and team collaboration.
  • Time Management : Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality : Maintaining discretion and security of sensitive client data.
