About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building workflows, integrations, and custom applications that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).

Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

Work on integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.

Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and best-practice coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills :

3–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development .

Strong knowledge of JavaScript , HTML / CSS , and Glide APIs .

Experience with Service Catalog , Workflow , Flow Designer , and IntegrationHub .

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer certification.

Experience in domain separation, CMDB, or custom app development.
