At Aviso, we’re reimagining the future of Go-To-Market (GTM) with AI and Agents. Our Engagement Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Project Oversight – Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Act as a bridge between internal teams (such as sales, customer success, and implementation) and the client.
  • Strategic Planning – Develop engagement strategies to maximize customer success, retention, and account growth.
  • Issue Resolution – Address any concerns or escalations from the client to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track project KPIs, customer feedback, and engagement success to drive continuous improvement.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to expand the relationship by introducing additional products or services.
