Job descriptionOverseeing the day-to-day management of transport operations to ensure smooth, reliable, and on-time service. Rostering and people management (over 100 employees). Maintaining the organizations full fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-managed, serviced, and operationally ready. Deliver top-tier service to resort guests, VIP clients, and employees through efficient transport coordination. Monitor and evaluate driver performance based on established KPIs and service standards. Ensure 100% compliance with all road safety rules, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will be entitled to accommodation, an excellent working environment, comprehensive insurance, 30 days of annual leave, air tickets, training and career advancement. Only the shortlisted candidates will be notified.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have :
- Degree in a relevant field (Management, Business Studies, Analytics or alike).
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar managerial capacity.
- Strong command of MS Office software and operational reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Good command of English language is a must.
