Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate the Inside Sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Improve conversions through structured lead management and effective follow-ups.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations for the Chennai centre, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Track performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and execute strategic action plans.
