Immediate Start! Export Logistics Manager / Coordinator (8years+)

Core responsibilities :

Bookings (air / sea), negotiate freight rates, manage FCL / LCL consolidation.

Manage CHA, forwarder, container stuffing, insurance.

Track shipments end-to-end; produce ETA updates to buyer.

Prepare shipping docs package for bank (for LC) : commercial invoice, PL, B / L, COA, COO.

Manage claims (damage / shortage), coordinate with insurer and buyer.

Maintain shipment records, customs EDI filings, drawback claims (if applicable).

Experience to hire for :

4–8 years in export logistics (pharma / cosmetics preferred).

Practical knowledge of Incoterms, LCs, export documentation & HS codes.

Familiar with freight booking portals (Freightos / Shiprocket / GoComet) and a network of forwarders.

Comfortable with customs processes at main export port you’ll use.
