Job title : Project Controller

Experience : 3-12 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Job Description :

  • Ensure the relevance and quality of the financial information on the monthly performance of projects.
  • Guarantee monthly communication and alerts to the concerned departments (Business, Technical Management, Sales Administration, Finance, etc.).
  • Take over budget evaluation and re-evaluation of cost estimates in collaboration with project managers.
  • Track and monitor the overall project budget concerning defined goals (Targets).
  • Ensure the alignment of our elements with the Back-Office and Finance.
  • Produce analyses and summaries by Business area and by Technical Management.
  • Organize and manage the processes for constructing semi-annual targets on which the objective systems are based.
  • Independently organize monthly project review meetings with business units and Technical organization.

These activities should be carried out with the following mindset :

  • A high level of interaction and collaboration with Business, Technical Management, and support functions (Finance / Sales, Quality, etc.).
  • A global, pragmatic, and simplified approach.
  • Challenging current processes with the aim of rationalization.
  • Profile :
  • Degree in business administration with a specialization in controlling, finance, or management.
  • Professional experience in project controlling, ideally in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of a back-office environment (SAP, Oracle…)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  • Affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Conscientious, structured, and independent working style combined with an understanding of interrelationships.
  • Confident appearance with a convincing personality.
