Project QSD Coordinator

Years of Experience : 7-10 years

Educational Qualifications : B.E / B.Tech (Civil OR Mechanical)

Purpose of the Role :

To ensure quality control, safety adherence, and proper documentation across the AI / Data Centre project. The QSD Engineer monitors project activities, implements quality and safety standards, and manages all documentation to support seamless execution and successful handover of the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Monitor and enforce quality standards for civil, mechanical, electrical, and MEP works.

2. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all personnel and contractors on-site.

3. Conduct inspections, audits, and checks to verify compliance with project specifications and codes.

4. Prepare and maintain daily reports, NCRs, test records, and as-built documentation.

5. Coordinate with project teams and contractors to address quality or safety issues promptly.

6. Support final inspection and handover documentation in line with project standards.

7. Review and approve material and equipment submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
