Job descriptionFormulate and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and transformation goals. Drive organizational development interventions to strengthen structures, systems, and culture. Lead and oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear linkage with business objectives. Implement performance improvement plans, capability-building programs, and coaching initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee engagement practices. Resolve employee grievances effectively while ensuring adherence to labour law compliance.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to drive Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives at the corporate level. The role requires a visionary professional who can align HR strategies with business objectives, develop future-ready talent pipelines, and foster a high-performance culture across domestic and international operations.
