About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with deep expertise in .NET, Blazor, WPF, and Azure Services. This role goes beyond coding you will be responsible for designing robust architectures, leading development teams, mentoring junior engineers, and managing direct stakeholder interactions.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical mastery with leadership skills to drive project success and deliver high-quality enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using .NET, Blazor, WPF, and Azure Services.
  • Define coding standards, best practices, and conduct regular code reviews.
  • Ensure performance optimization, security, and maintainability of solutions.

Team Leadership :

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and hands-on support when required.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Problem-Solving & Innovation :

  • Identify technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud ecosystem.

    • Key Requirements :

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in :

    • 1. .NET Framework / .NET Core

    2. Blazor (Server & WebAssembly)

    3. WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)

    4. Azure Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, etc.)

  • Proven experience in team leadership and guiding developers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, design, and application architecture skills.
