Job Title : Supervising Associate Business Change Coordinator

Join our Service Adoption team to help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a professional you will work across teams to provide the knowledge resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients win in the marketplace and support EYs growth and profitability.

The Opportunity

The Change Coordinator is expected to support the business change for large and complex projects to drive awareness adoption and business value from company-facing technology platforms such as M365 Security tools and Mobile. They will be responsible for understanding products that require the building of business change campaigns creating awareness deploying products in an optimized manner whilst driving adoption through various channels across the EY estate. The role requires an understanding of digital adoption for user classification across the adoption curve to drive different behavioral ways to increase productivity

• This is a non-client facing role.
• Great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel.
• This role is guided by the Service Adoption Change Management Lead.
