Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer to produce highquality

visual content that highlights the hospital’s services, success stories, patient experiences,

and awareness campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, hands-on

experience with shooting, and the ability to present medical and healthcare topics in an engaging

way.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Video Shooting : Plan and execute video shoots within hospital premises, including doctor
• talks, patient testimonials, surgeries (with consent), events, and awareness campaigns.
• Video Editing : Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media, digital
• campaigns, and in-hospital displays.
• Creative Conceptualization : Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, storyboard,
• and execute creative ideas for campaigns and educational videos.
• Content Simplification : Convert complex medical or surgical topics into simple, engaging,
• and visually appealing stories.
• Brand Consistency : Maintain Onus brand tone, colour palette, and visual identity across
• all video content.
• Motion Graphics & Texts : Add titles, infographics, and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Audio Editing : Handle syncing, background scores, and voiceovers for a professional
• finish.
• Social Media Optimization : Create short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels,
• YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• File Management : Maintain an organized archive of raw footage, project files, and final
• outputs.
• Timely Delivery : Manage multiple projects and deliver within set deadlines.
