We're hiring an Automation Engineer with strong n8n (or Make / Zapier / Workato) experience to deliver a CRM automation and integration project. Salesforce (LeftMain REI) will be the system of record, while n8n will serve as the automation engine to connect Salesforce with Slack, smrtPhone, DocuSign, InvestorLift, Zillow, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated workflows in n8n .
• Integrate Salesforce with Slack, QuickBooks, DocuSign, smrtPhone, Zillow, and other APIs.
• Automate lead cadences, notifications, and pipeline updates.
• Deliver role-based dashboards and Slack KPI snapshots.
• Document workflows and provide client training.

Requirements

Nice to Have : Salesforce LeftMain REI experience, real estate CRM background, AI call summary / NLP integration.
