Trainee Low Code Developer

Newlight Solutions is a global digital‑transformation firm with offices in Jaipur and New York. We design, build, and operate mission‑critical low‑code systems—across supply chain, finance, healthcare, public sector, and beyond—using Appian as our primary platform and AI components where they deliver clear value.

We're looking for dynamic and passionate fresh graduates to join our IT team. You'll get hands-on experience working on

real-time projects, solving problems, and learning from industry experts in a supportive and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in software/application development, testing, and support

• Work closely with senior developers and team leads on assigned modules

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile ceremonies

• Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance improvement

• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java / Python / C# / JavaScript, etc.)

• Good understanding of databases (SQL / MySQL / MongoDB, etc.)

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Eligibility Criteria

• BCA / MCA / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / related discipline)

• Final-year students or recent graduates

• Ready to join immediately or within a month
