Fusion HCM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for US and Canada regions.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
You will have a strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll processes and elements setup for US and Canada regions. This includes implementation experience in Payroll elements set ups / configurations for US and Canada region, strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process / element setup) for US and Canada region, and US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4 / rl1 / w4).
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
