About the Role
We are seeking a multi-talented HR & Admin Associate to join our team. This unique role combines HR Operations, Administrative responsibilities, and direct support to the Founders' Office . The ideal candidate is a fresher with strong internship experience in HR Operations, who is also eager to broaden their skills in office administration, executive assistance, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations :
- Support employee lifecycle processes : onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit formalities
- Track attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance records
- Assist in recruitment coordination and HR data reporting
Administration :
Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, procurement, and facility supportEnsure smooth day-to-day office operations and documentation managementCoordinate travel, meetings, and logistics as requiredFounder's Office Support :
Work closely with the founders on key strategic and operational initiativesAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and research material for leadership reviewsAct as a bridge between founders and different teams for effective communication and follow-upsHandle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalismRequired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldCompleted 2–4 internships in HR Operations (mandatory); exposure to admin or executive support is a plusStrong multitasking and organizational abilities; ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent written & verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindsetWhat We Offer
