About the Role

We are seeking a multi-talented HR & Admin Associate to join our team. This unique role combines HR Operations, Administrative responsibilities, and direct support to the Founders' Office . The ideal candidate is a fresher with strong internship experience in HR Operations, who is also eager to broaden their skills in office administration, executive assistance, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations :

  • Support employee lifecycle processes : onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit formalities
  • Track attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance records
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and HR data reporting

Administration :

  • Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, procurement, and facility support
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and documentation management
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics as required
  • Founder's Office Support :

  • Work closely with the founders on key strategic and operational initiatives
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and research material for leadership reviews
  • Act as a bridge between founders and different teams for effective communication and follow-ups
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
  • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Completed 2–4 internships in HR Operations (mandatory); exposure to admin or executive support is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset
