Creative & Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a versatile professional who can multitask efficiently—someone skilled in photography, reel editing, photo retouching (Photoshop) and graphic design using creative software. This person will also manage the media side of social media accounts, handling both organic and paid (inorganic) posts.
The role involves overseeing all creative aspects (developing social media content, conducting creative testing and performing analytics) as well as media management (target audience selection and campaign performance analysis) to ensure the content reaches and engages the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Content Development
- Design and modify promotional materials including ads, brochures, posters, and reels.
- Operate camera equipment to capture professional-quality photos and videos.
- Manage lighting and visual setups for high-quality content production.
- Edit reels and videos, adding captions, transitions, and music to enhance impact.
- Translate ideas into engaging visual and written content aligned with brand identity.
2. Media Management & Digital Advertising
Manage and operate official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).Create, release, and monitor both organic and paid ad campaigns without reliance on external agencies.Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Analyze campaign performance through analytics tools and present actionable insights.Select and optimize target audience segments to maximize campaign reach and ROI.3. Content Writing
Write impactful ad copies, taglines, and captions for digital campaigns.Draft engaging scripts for reels, short videos, and promotional materials.Ensure content is grammatically correct, original, and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate with proficiency in creative software : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and video editing workflows.Hands-on experience in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Knowledge of SEO and SEM (preferred, not mandatory).Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).2–5 years of experience in creative design, media management, or digital marketing.Key Attributes
