B2C Operations Executive – International Travel Only

Key Responsibilities

Handle post-sales operations for Majorly

International Holiday Package bookings

if person have knowledge Domestic will be preference.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and activity partners.

Issue vouchers, invoices, and travel documents for confirmed bookings.

Ensure all services are booked, reconfirmed, and delivered on time.

Handle customer queries, amendments, and special requests promptly.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Should have Experience of handling on Tour Responsibility.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in

Travel Operations (B2C preferred).

Knowledge of International destinations with the experience of handling Post Sales responsibilities..

Strong coordination with Vendor's, Supplier's and DMC's.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
