Role Overview
We are hiring our first growth-focused specialist, a senior professional who can build the market intelligence backbone of a scaling SaaS company.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, research, product insights, and growth execution, helping decide :
- What we build
- Who we build it for
- How we launch and scale
This role is highly analytical, fast paced, and directly tied to product direction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
A) Market Research and Opportunity Discovery
Lead end to end research to identify high value opportunities.
You will :
Uncover unmet problems across industriesTrack real user frustrations from communities, reviews, and competitor gapsSpot fragmented workflows and convert them into unified SaaS conceptsPerform demand, competition, and monetization analysisStudy trends, keywords, search intent, and emerging signalsCreate opportunity validation reports including market fit, feasibility, and MVP definitionYour insights will directly influence product roadmap decisions.
B) Demand Validation and Product Market Fit
Before any build begins, you will :
Design validation frameworksBuild waitlists, test campaigns, and landing pagesDefine personas, pain points, and positioningCraft unique value propositions for upcoming SaaS toolsC) Growth Strategy and GTM Planning
Once an idea is validated, you will :
Build launch strategies for SaaS productsCreate growth loops and scalable acquisition systemsPlan the full funnel (awareness → activation → retention → expansion)Identify high impact global channelsRecommend pricing and positioning against competitorsD) Performance Execution
This role blends strategy and hands on execution.
You will :
Run experiments and early acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, landing funnels)Identify high intent traffic sourcesTrack user journeys, measure retention, and remove bottlenecksRapidly test, validate, and scale what worksE) Reporting and Strategic Contribution
