Human Resources Executive (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition)

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive specializing in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for a full-time, on-site position in Indore. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, formulating and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing HR operations. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure seamless hiring practices aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
• Strong understanding and application of HR Policies and practices.
• Proven ability to foster positive Employee Relations and address HR concerns effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is highly desirable.
