About the Role :

We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our Bhubaneswar studio with 1–3 years of full-time experience in an architectural consultancy or multidisciplinary design studio.

⚠️ Freelance, internship, or part-time experience will not be considered.

⚠️ No civil engineering background.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone confident in managing client interactions, site coordination, and translating complex designs into precise construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed architectural, working, and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to drive smooth execution
• Translate design intent into accurate construction-level drawings
• Handle site queries and support execution with timely design inputs
• Join client presentations, internal design reviews, and team discussions
• Collaborate with senior architects to refine and detail architectural concepts
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project schedules

Required Skills & Software Proficiency :

🛠 AutoCAD (or equivalent) : Drafting, detailing & documentation

🛠 SketchUp : 3D modeling & spatial visualization

🛠 Adobe Photoshop : Presentations & graphic communication

🛠 MS Office : Reporting & documentation
