• Administer One Identity tool and manage integrated identities and services.
• Provide engineering support for the One Identity Manager Environment.
• Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructures hosting IAM.
• Onboard organizations to the IAM infrastructure.
• Understand the entire IAM environment, including Active Directory multi-forest setup, Windows OS, IIS, and MS SQL server.
• Monitor, report, and analyze bugs during and after IAM release versions.
• Manage performance of IAM tools, databases, and infrastructure.
