We are building the Operating System for the Enterprise AI World, and we’re looking for a Database Architect who thrives on complexity, precision, and scale.

What You’ll Do As a Database Architect, you’ll be the backbone of our AI platform’s data layer — ensuring that data integrity, availability, and scalability are baked into everything we build.

Your role is mission-critical in enabling high-performance applications, seamless ML integrations, and secure global deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade databases for AI-enabled platforms and SaaS products

Build scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures using relational and NoSQL technologies

Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams to translate use cases into data models and pipelines

Own and optimize ETL workflows, ensuring fast, reliable movement of data between systems

Implement data governance, security, and backup strategies across environments

Ensure real-time and batch processing readiness for AI applications

Support data access layers, caching strategies, and indexing policies for API performance

Troubleshoot database bottlenecks and drive tuning / optimization initiatives

Help define and enforce data architecture standards and documentation

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in database design, architecture, and administration

Deep expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Strong experience with ETL processes and data pipeline design

Solid understanding of data modeling, normalization / denormalization, and schema design

Proficiency in performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization

Familiarity with cloud-native databases and AWS RDS / Aurora / DynamoDB / GCP Firestore

Strong collaboration and communication skills — you’ll work across functions and geographies

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills

Experience with data warehousing tools like Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake

Exposure to data lakes, streaming data, and Kafka

Familiarity with ML model pipelines and data requirements for training / inference

Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and caching layers like Redis

Understanding of data compliance & governance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

Certifications in database technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft SQL, etc.)
