Job descriptionKeep yourself updated with the day - to - day trouble shooting / certification of Aircraft components & systems . Monitor aircraft movements and ensure high technical dispatch . Guide technicians on maintenance activity and ensure quality & safety . Mentor your colleagues from time to time You shall follow all instructions given in MOE , TPM and other Aircraft Publications & instructions issued from time to time . Should be in full uniform & Presentable as per company guidelines at all times while on duty . Ensure implementation of Safety Policy and safety management system within indigo engineering. Other duties as assigned by Manager Line Maintenance. To check for point on documentation

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (MANDATORY)
- Educational Qualification - 10+ 2 and AME Diploma (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer)
- Others - CAT A / CAT B1
- Work Experience - Relevant / Total Years - 18 months as Technician on A320 / Boeing / ATR / Embraer aircraft OR More than 2 years as certifying staff in General Aviation
- IT skills - MS Office , excel , Power point
- Behavioral Competencies - Collaborative approach , Good Interpersonal skills , Time management
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
1. Follow duty pattern as advised to you including shift duties .
2. Responsible to maintain AME license current .
3. Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the SMS Manual , Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives .
4. Undergo all trainings / refreshers as desired by the company.
