Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3–4 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Understand and apply software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and STLC processes.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Rest Assured with Java.
Perform web service / API testing to validate RESTful services.
Execute database testing and write SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for task tracking and defect management.
Participate in CI / CD pipelines and contribute to automation integration in the build and deployment process.
Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Contribute to test planning, test case design, and test execution for functional and regression testing.
Maintain documentation related to test cases, test results, and quality metrics.

Mandatory Skills : Hands on Java Coding, Javascript, automation, Selenium, Rest API, SQL Queries Good communication skills having experience to communicate with US team.

Good to Have :

Exposure to scripting languages such as JavaScript or tools like Ansible.

Basic understanding of performance, security, and chaos testing (Non-Functional Requirements).

Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure concepts.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based testing environments.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality.

Experience : Min 2 Years to 4 Years

Work Location : Pune, Mumbai (Candidate ready to relocate can apply)

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or upto a month.

Work Type : Hybrid Thrice a week from Pune or Mumbai Office is mandatory.

Product Company candidates will be preferred for this role.
