Talent Worx is looking for a knowledgeable SAN Switches Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Storage Area Network (SAN) switches to ensure optimal performance and availability of storage solutions. As a critical member of the IT infrastructure team, you will work with storage architectures and ensure high availability and resiliency in our data storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configuration and Setup : Configure and set up SAN switches to meet organizational storage requirements.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAN switches, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Monitoring : Regularly monitor SAN performance, capacity, and health to preemptively address potential issues.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of SAN configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with storage engineers and system administrators to support data storage needs and integrate SAN with existing systems.
• Upgrades : Plan and implement upgrades to SAN switch firmware and hardware as necessary to keep the infrastructure up-to-date.
