JOB PURPOSE : To Identify and select the best BTL vendors based on factors such as product quality, reliability, cost, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong and efficient relationships with vendors contributing to the company s operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing and monitoring the BTL marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocating funds wisely for building business for short
Plan and implement customer engagement campaigns, experiential marketing, activations, and on-ground promotions. Identify key markets and suitable BTL initiatives for maximum impact.
Plan and manage the BTL marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
Track expenses and ensure campaigns stay within the allocated budget.
Oversee the execution of BTL campaigns, including events, in-store promotions, PAN India branding, soft and hard POSM.
Ensure timely deployment of marketing collaterals and materials at various touchpoints.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Maintaining the MIS and presentation.
Conceptualize and manage corporate events, exhibitions, retailer meets and trade shows.
Ensure end-to-end execution, from logistics to branding and audience engagement.
Evaluate post-event feedback and incorporate learnings into future planning.
Measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyse footfalls, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI from activation.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements by visiting markets.
Identify and onboard reliable vendors for event execution, printing, promotional merchandise, and activation agencies.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and agencies.
Ensure smooth coordination between different teams and external partners.
Ensure all BTL campaigns align with approvals, brand guidelines, legal regulations, and compliance requirements.
Maintain quality control in all BTL executions to uphold the brand s reputation.
