About the Job

The candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovative Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive independently the building of new features and UI initiatives and acts as a primary point of contact for the UI aspect of the product in that area.
  • Develop code and UI components using best practices laid out by the organization
  • Translate UI / UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into high-quality code.
  • Perform integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Build responsive, elegant and engaging experiences with future friendly web and mobile technologies
  • Work closely with designers, back-end developers and stakeholders to improve usability
  • Implement product features in a variety of applications including single page, web apps and browser extensions
  • Implement efficient and scalable design and code
  • Build, enhance and maintain web applications that support / allow different front-end frameworks to co-exist

What You Will Need

  • BE / BTech / MCA with 4+ years of experience
  • Strong JavaScript skills with in-depth knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (Reactjs / Vue.js / Angular in order of preference)
  • Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, Sass, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON
  • Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze web applications using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
  • Expert knowledge of browser and device differences / limitations
  • Experience in REST API integration and debugging
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and i18n requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
  • Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology
  • Familiarity with the tools for version control (Git, BitBucket, SVN)
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts, discuss requirements, and provide updates
  • Experience in building custom UI widgets (Good to have)
  • Demonstrate exceptional agility in navigating diverse technical challenges and project demands.
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of major features, ensuring robust design, implementation, and operational excellence.
