Job Title : Barista

Location : Nombre Café, JP Nagar, Bangalore

About Us :

Nombre Café is a specialty coffee space dedicated to serving high-quality brews, delicious food, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and customer-focused baristas to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and specialty beverages.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks and food items.
Greet and interact with customers warmly, ensuring a great café experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area.
Manage daily opening and closing duties efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, and bar supplies; report shortages to management.
Support café operations and assist team members during rush hours.
Follow standard recipes and café procedures for quality control.

Requirements :

Prior experience as a Barista or in a café environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and brewing techniques (manual brew is a plus).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a passion for coffee.

Flexible to work weekends and shifts as required.
