We are looking for a motivated and professional Calling Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads. Must have excellent communication skills and a polite telephone manner.

Responsibilities :

• Make high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain our products / services clearly and effectively.
• Handle queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
• Work independently and meet daily / weekly targets.
• Report to the team leader or manager regularly.
