Job descriptionBe the main point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships. Help new clients with onboarding, training, and support. Handle payroll and compliance-related tasks accurately. Keep track of client accounts to spot risks or new opportunities. Work with product and technical teams to solve client questions. Share client feedback to improve products and services. Prepare and share reports on client performance and satisfaction.

Must Have's
- 0–2 years of experience working directly with customers (in payroll, HR Tech, or SaaS companies).
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and operations.
- Ability to manage customer issues and keep them satisfied.
