Key Responsibilities :
Functional Expertise :
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with deep knowledge of specific modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Supply Chain Management (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash), or Human Capital Management.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud modules based on business needs and best practices.
- Conduct workshops, provide user training, and create detailed documentation for end-users and support staff.
Technical Development :
Design, develop, and test integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other relevant technologies.Develop and customize reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.Perform data conversions and data migrations using tools like File-Based Data Import (FBDI).Create and maintain extensions, personalization's, and custom workflows within the Oracle Fusion environment.Perform troubleshooting and debugging for both functional and technical issues, providing timely resolution.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.4- 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.Proven techno-functional experience, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.Strong knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL, and XML.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion technical tools, including :1. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
2. BI Publisher for custom report development
3. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
4. File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (HDL)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Oracle Cloud Certification in a relevant module (e.g., Financials, SCM).Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs for web services.Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems is a plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
