Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding for technical positions in a highly competitive market.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing,benefits enrollment and audits
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performancemanagement, and disciplinary actions. Maintain day-to-day HR
activities.
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR practices and policies arealigned with the company's goals and objectives
Implements HR policy formulation and performs routine tasksrequired to administer and execute human resource
programs.
Boosting employee productivity through arranging employeeengagement activities.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills andknowledge in line with business requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Senior HR Associate with 2-4 years of experience (experience with startups is a plus).Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
