About the Role :

In this role, you are the bridge between our clients' dreams and their reality. You will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle—from the initial consultation and sales pitch to the conceptualization and detailed design development. You will use your design expertise to build trust and your sales skills to build our business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement & Sales :
• Conduct initial client consultations to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
• Develop and present compelling design proposals and quotations.
• Confidently articulate the value of our design services and products to secure new business.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Design & Project Development :
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop stunning 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
• Produce photorealistic renders and virtual tours using Enscape to bring designs to life for clients.
• Source materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
