We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Associate AV Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the design and proposal of AV solutions for clients across various industries. Working under senior engineers, you will assist in preparing technical designs, collaborate with clients, and help develop solution proposals that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into technical AV needs.
Support pre-sales discussions by providing product and technology insights.
Solution Design & Documentation
Support the preparation of AV design layouts, block diagrams, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Work with design tools and software to develop AV schematics and documentation.
Ensure proposed designs align with client objectives and budget.
Client & Internal Collaboration
Participate in client calls or meetings alongside senior engineers.
Help address client questions and clarify technical aspects of proposed solutions.
Coordinate internally with sales, engineering, and installation teams.
Proposal Development
Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentation materials.
Support efforts in compiling project scopes, timelines, and solution overviews.
Quality & Testing Assistance
Participate in system testing and QA processes to verify designed solutions function as intended.
Assist in reviewing final deliverables against design standards.
Learning & Technology Awareness
Continuously learn about emerging AV technologies and products.
Attend vendor webinars, demos, or internal training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Audiovisual Technology, Electronics , Computer Science , or related field.
Strong interest or foundational knowledge in AV technologies (audio, video, control systems, etc.).
Familiarity with basic AV signal flow and components (displays, amplifiers, switchers).
Exposure to any AV design software (AutoCAD, Visio, D-Tools, etc.) is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of client handling and technical documentation.
Willingness to learn and work under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Internship or project experience in AV, IT systems, or system design.
Familiarity with AV control systems (Crestron, AMX) or video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco).
Industry certification(s) in progress or completed :
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
