Job description

Leadfreak exclusively partners with coaches and b2b businesses to help them generate qualified leads via our proprietary Linkedin outreach systems leveraging automations and AI. Our clientele is majorly based out of USA and UK.

Job Title :  Linkedin Communication manager

Work options :  Onsite

Location :  Jaipur, Rajasthan

Compensation : Upto INR50k + no cap on incentives

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for managing outreach and engagement efforts through LinkedIn along with highly contextual and personalized messages. You shall also be handling professional conversations, with prospects and clients to help convert conversations into meaningful opportunities.

What You Will Work On

  • Manage daily LinkedIn outreach and client conversion, ensuring timely, personalized communication with prospects.
  • Conversation tracking to maintain a strong and organized communication pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze response rates and conversion outcomes to improve messaging efficiency.
  • Maintain CRM or outreach tracking tools to ensure accurate updates of communication status and next steps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure aligned outreach objectives and smooth communication flow.
  • Support automation setup, testing, and performance optimization for LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Ensure all outreach and responses adhere to brand tone, professionalism, and compliance standards.

Perquisites To The Role (MANDATORY)

  • Excellent command on written and verbal english with an ability to articulate responses and messages in a succinct and impactful manner
  • Familiarity to AI prompting
  • 3+ years of client communication / facing role where strong written and verbal communication must have been IMPERATIVE. Previous work experience in an international process is preferred.
  • You must have a natural affinity towards understand the needs of the prospect and engaging them accordingly.
  • Good to Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in international processes stakeholder management, inside sales, lead generation, or client communication.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn as a professional networking and prospecting platform.
  • Self-driven attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM or outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing conversations efficiently.
