We are seeking a Service Engineer for our Solar Division who will be responsible for handling end to end technical support, project execution, and customer interaction. Our ideal candidate must exhibit both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure great service.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation, electrical & mechanical aspect of Solar Cell or Module Manufacturing equipment.
- Understand and comply with solar and customer HSSE policies and procedures.
- Participate in general safety & toolbox meetings and toolbox safety trainings.
- Ability to proactively recognize electrical / mechanical abnormalities and potential safety problems. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent any safety hazard.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to maximize system efficiency and lifespan.
Behavioral Skills Required

Provide installation, commissioning, and on-site / remote technical support to clients regarding Highly Automated manufacturing equipment operation, performance, and troubleshooting.Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a clear and professional manner.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely service delivery.Ensure that all equipment histories are updated to effectively forecast equipment utilization and efficiency. Ensure that all operations are efficientand there is minimum downtime.Diagnose and troubleshoot the technical problems in ensure customer support in a timely and cost-effective manner.Good knowledge of Automation, PLC, Robotics, Pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Stay updated on the latest solar technologies and industry trendsDesired Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech. (Mech / E&E / Electrical) or equivalent , prior work experience in Solar Manufacturing industry2-6 Years, Experience in offshore work environmentLocation : Ahmedabad / Hyderabad
