Role : SAP CRM Testing Consultant

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 Days)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze functional specifications and prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for SAP CRM applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Validate end-to-end processes – opportunity management, lead management, service requests, pricing, partner functions.
• Test SAP CRM WebUI, Middleware, and integrations with SAP ECC / S4HANA, SAP BW, and third-party systems.
• Execute data validation between CRM and backend ERP systems.
• Manage defects with HP ALM, JIRA, or Solution Manager and collaborate with functional / technical teams for resolution.
• Provide quality documentation and sign-off for releases.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
