US Accountant - Ahmedabad

Job Summary :

We are seeking a US Accountant to join our finance and compliance team in Ahmedabad. The role involves bookkeeping, U.S. accounting, payroll, tax compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting using cloud-based accounting tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, exposure to U.S. GAAP, and the ability to work with international clients in a fast-paced environment.

With deep expertise in U.S. financial regulations and technology-driven solutions, the company helps businesses streamline accounting operations, stay compliant, and achieve long-term growth.

Location : Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for U.S. clients.
  • Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and federal / state tax regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and filing U.S. individual and corporate tax returns.
  • Handle U.S. payroll processing and related compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients on annual filings, reports, and incorporation requirements.
  • Generate monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all client deliverables.
  • Stay updated with latest U.S. accounting and taxation rules.

Role Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA-Inter / CPA preferred).
  • Experience : 2–4 years in U.S. accounting / tax / bookkeeping.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, or similar cloud-based accounting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, taxation, and payroll compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with international clients.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with ownership mindset.

    • Work Schedule : Monday – Friday

    Salary : Competitive (Based on experience)
