Greetings from Lancesoft India ( are seeking Talented 1year to 4 Years Domestic IT Recruiters to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements for the role :

Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter

Proven experience in C2H or Contract staffing (Mandatory)

Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies

Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, Teams)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

Graduation is mandatory.

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Indore.
