Job description

Job Title : Sr. Sales Executive (2–4 Years Experience)

Department :  Pre-Sales / B2B Sales

Job Type :  On-site

Job Overview :

As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will work closely with the sales and management teams to support the entire sales cycle—from identifying leads to closing deals. This role offers hands-on experience in understanding client requirements, preparing compelling proposals, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, providing demo, proposal drafting, negotiations and deal closure.
  • Conduct market research and client analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and value-based proposals to decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renew business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ed-tech, technology, or software industries.
  • Experience working with schools, colleges, or education institutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
