Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build awareness, drive footfall, and grow online sales while maintaining a unified brand experience across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy : Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
- Digital Marketing : Lead performance marketing, SEO / SEM, email campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media strategy to drive D2C growth.
- Offline Marketing : Plan and execute in-store activations, retail branding, local marketing campaigns, and collaborations to enhance footfalls and conversions.
- Content & Communication : Oversee content creation for campaigns, social media, website, and offline collaterals ensuring brand consistency.
- Market Insights : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine brand strategy.
- Agency & Partner Management : Manage creative, media, and PR agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Performance Tracking : Measure campaign ROI across channels and prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics.
Requirements :
MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing preferred.6-10 years of experience in marketing within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry.Proven experience in managing both online (D2C / eCommerce) and offline (retail / store) marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
