Manager Retail Leasing

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Leasing Manager located in New Delhi.

The Retail Leasing -Manager will manage retail leasing activities, including tenant acquisitions, site inspections, site visits, market research, lease negotiations, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, market research and client relationship management
• Strong skills in market research and identifying real estate opportunities
• Ability to conduct site visits, manage leasing documentation, and ensure compliance
• Strong communication, and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of local retail markets and industry standards
• Experience with property management software and tools is a plus
• Flexibility to travel within the region and work collaboratively with a dynamic team
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
