Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Assistant Manager – Events
to plan, manage, and execute a wide range of high-impact corporate events — from large-scale conferences and partner summits to employee engagements, roundtables, and special initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing
international events
and a strong background in
B2B marketing , with the ability to align event strategy to business goals and deliver exceptional audience experiences.
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Master’s degree in
Event Management
or
MBA
(preferred)
Work Experience
Up to
5 to 8 years
of experience in
Marketing, Events, or Media , with proven exposure to
international events
and
B2B marketing environments
Key Responsibilities
Interpret stakeholder requirements and translate briefs into actionable and comprehensive event plans.
Lead the end-to-end
planning, coordination, and execution
of events, ensuring delivery within defined
timelines and budgets .
Manage
internal and external resources , vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Collaborate with
product, marketing, and business teams
to conceptualize event themes, content, and collaterals aligned with business objectives.
Maintain quality standards across all aspects of event management — from design and production to attendee engagement.
Partner with
Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, and Tele calling
teams to drive event promotions, registrations, and engagement.
Prepare and manage
project timelines, checklists, and progress trackers , ensuring milestones are met.
Oversee
budget planning and cost control , working closely with product marketing managers.
Contribute creative ideas for event experiences, formats, and innovations in collaboration with the
Creative and Product Marketing
teams.
Independently manage both
domestic and international events , ensuring exceptional execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
