Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll support end-to-end hiring for our clients, helping them find exceptional talent across roles and functions. You’ll work closely with both internal consultants and client teams, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other digital channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
Manage candidate pipelines using our CRM / ATS tools.
Support employer branding and job description creation.
Collaborate with senior recruiters to improve sourcing and outreach strategies.
Analyze hiring trends and share insights to strengthen client outcomes.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
Interest in the business side of recruiting and startup ecosystems.
