Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role. Proven experience with ServiceNow development (Workflows, Catalogs, IntegrationHub, CMDB, etc.) and ServiceNow App Engine. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting APIs. Solid understanding of DevOps principles (Docker, CI / CD tools, Infrastructure as Code). Experience in software design, architecture, and leading development teams. Familiarity with AI / ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.). Expertise in architectural models (domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven, micro-frontend). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, etc.). Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js). Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Job Summary :
We are seeking a driven lead software developer with expertise in ServiceNow, JavaScript, and DevOps. You will lead software design, conduct peer reviews, mentor developers, and contribute to AI integration. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architectural decisions.
- Mentor development teams, fostering best practices in clean code, design patterns, and secure coding.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive DevOps practices (CI / CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines).
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Experience with Seismic is a must.
