We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and support our rapid expansion by driving day-to-day recruitment activities.
Role Overview
The Junior Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment process for store associates, shift managers, and other roles across our QSR operations. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to grow their career in HR, gain exposure to multi-city hiring, and learn the dynamics of a fast-paced QSR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track progress through recruitment pipelines.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Prepare weekly recruitment status reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.1–2 years of experience in recruitment (QSR or retail industry preferred, but not mandatory).Strong communication skills in English; local language skills are a plus.Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work to tight deadlines.Good organizational and administrative skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and recruitment.What We Offer
